When the tooth has been properly prepared, an impression is taken and sent to a dental lab. Typically, you will be required to wear a temporary filling until the restoration is completed. With proper care, your dental inlay or onlay will improve your overall health and give you confidence for many years.
In most cases, the restoration will blend in completely with the natural tooth structure.
Some patients prefer to have their dental inlays made of gold. We can make them if that’s what you prefer.
